On the laptop screens looks like a game of lacrosse on Piaps’ screen and I cannot figure what the guy in front is watching, looks like some guy in camo doing a witch doctor dance to the guy laying down, while the soldier watches.

One screen shows two uniformed functionaries beating an old woman. The other shows a uniformed functionary beating a backpacker with a long stick.

Presumably , both beatees were receiving their deserved comeuppance for the crime of venturing onto public land declared off-limits to citizens because of the government shutdown.
