A University of Michigan graduate penned an open letter that went viral online as she described how President Barack Obama’s signature health care law hurts the working poor, and has “raped” her future.
“I have asthma, ulcers, and mild cerebral palsy. Obamacare takes my monthly rate from $75 a month for full coverage on my “Young Adult Plan,” to $319 a month. After $6,000 in deductibles, of course,” Dionne wrote in the Facebook post.
“Liberals claimed this law would help the poor. I am the poor, the working poor, and I can’t afford to support myself, let alone older generations and people not willing to work at all.”
“This law has raped my future,” she writes. “It will keep me and kids my age from having a future at all. This is the real face of Obamacare and it isn’t pretty.”

The MSM would never report that prior to ObamaCare, a person with asthma, ulcers, and cerebral palsy only paid $75.00 for full coverage health insurance through a private insurance company.

It’s called the Free Market which did exist just a couple weeks ago and now has been destroyed by ObamaCare.
Now that the government is involved and there is no free market, people with multiple major health issues can no longer buy full insurance coverage for only $75.00 a month.

One of the first things that happened after Obamacare became law was making mandatory coverage to age 26 for young adults under any parental policy.
I’d guess that 75 bucks was a surcharge on the parental policy.
Now she’s on her own.
I just opened the letter at CBS to read it to my wife and while I was reading the first sentence CBS pulled it. HA HA HA HA HA H.... Censorship at it’s best. LOL
Or parental policy.

At least she’s working. I know more than one college grad who thinks they are “way too good” to ever work for $8/hr.
And she has a serious medical condition, no less. If only 10% of the fake SSI people would get out and do some work...
She’s right. I’ll bet the suck-ups at the New York Times won’t cover her story... they’re still in full cheerleader mode for ‘THE ONE’... jerkwads.
ObamaCare also hurts young people starting out - they’re hard pressed to get a job that’s more than 29 hours a week ...
