"Summoned"? In our Republican government the co-equal legislative branch leaders are "invited".

IMO he’s already cracked mentally it just matter of time before his handlers are no longer able to keep it private. (Closing the WH and keeping him reading the tele are all symptoms that indicate their attempt to control the issue)
