Denmark $.41
Germany $.35
Australia $.29
Japan $.26
India $.08
China $.08
India and China generate power primarily burning coal without carbon sequestration.

With the introduction of service fees, subsidies for "green energy" and tax increses, I'm paying more than I did five years ago, even if I use no electricity at all.
