If this thing gets fully implemented, no matter how complete a failure it is, there will be no going back. There never is, no big expansion of government and encroachment of our rights is ever, ever corrected, no matter how much a majority of the population abhors it. If it’s not nipped in the bud, then it will be here to stay, and it won’t only be as bad as it is now, it will get worse as they rob more and more from Peter to paper over the cracks caused by Paul (in the process encroaching more and more on the little freedom remaining to us).
