The govt. has more important things to worry about than pints of beer. Everyone I know who drink beer are only concerned about the glass being full, not how many ounces are in it..........sheesh

The penalty is not strong enough. Anyone willing to cheat on beer is too morally degenerate to be allowed to live in our society. Cheat in marriage, yes, religion, OK, exceed the speed limit if you want to, palm an ace at poker but CHEAT AT BEER??!?

Impale them. And then fine them heavily.
