There will be lasting harm to the NPS from the Obama pain strategy. The park rangers have literally become Obama’s brown shirts and the local communities will not forget. Post the pictures and names of these functionaries so that they may be shunned.

This proves what we’ve said about him all along.
“Should the political winds shift in unfavorable direction against undocumented Americans demanding concessions from American citizens rest assured not only will I stand with the foreigners over the Americans I will use all the powers of my office to ensure that they will subjugate Americans to their authority.”
He may not speak like this yet publicly but rest assured it’s coming. You OWE the third world reparations and you Will defer to them here in America and you Will pay reparations to both those who are here and those in their home countries.

I’ll never understand how anyone can defend this.

Now is the time for the House to pass a funding for the national parks bill and send it to the Senate. If the Senate fails to vote on it, like the other bills that have been passed, it would be a key talking point that many Americans could relate to. Two Philadelphia area stories, closing the City Tavern (a private business in a govt owned building) and the $100 fine given a jogger yesterday in Valley Forge Park have made the news on CBS local TV affiliate.

Can any lawyers chime in on this?

Seems like the NPS actions in closing private businesses are obviously arbitrary and capricious if they are allowing this. Doesn’t this give them a solid cause of action?

Some friends and I are heading to the Red River Gorge National Recreation Area this weekend. The Natural Bridge State Park is still open, but I don’t know about the Gorge.

Why is anyone surprised by this?

This is liberalism when left unchecked.

Opponents are harassed (IRS, Veterans arrested) while supporters get a free pass (amnesty rally on the Mall, no fines for raptor deaths from wind turbines)

Now, imagine what they will do when they can decide if you get a transplant or specialized treatment. Your donor and political history will play a big role in those decisions.
