Having someone sign a petition they agree with, then having them sign a petition that they do not agree with, on the premise that it is part of the first, seems highly unethical.
All the petitioner gatherers boss has to do is throw away the half he disagrees with.

Probably figure they are Californicate refugee transplants and they will sign anything. Pity the poor original (pre 1960 >) citizens of Washington and Oregon that have had their states turned into bathrooms for Californicate.
