The presence of porta-potties will make no difference. The presence of trash containers will make no difference. There could be 50,000 of each on site, but if more than about 500 of those leftists a$$holes show up for the Anti-America Rally, the by the end of the day the entire Mall will look like a poorly maintained cesspool in the middle of an over-used, unlined land-fill.

It is a simple fact of nature that wherever leftists gather, they behave like slovenly animals (with apologies to slovenly animals everywhere). This holds true whether they are attending a "free" open-air concert, "occupying" a public park, or attending an Anti-America Rally in a "closed" National Park.
