I question some of the actions on the video, but have not seen enough to know what happened at the end. The shots in the video came awfully late for such a public and populated space. Why not block her in with vehicles instead of people? With all the guns trained on her at that point, they were already treating it as a situation dangerous in some way.
Yep.
That video shows police incompetence.
They had enough people to restrain her right there if they had just pulled their police car up to the block her in on the passenger side.
That’s when they should have shot the tires out — and they had plenty of time to do it.
And then they fire at her when her vehicle is 100 feet away and on the move endangering a whole lot of bystanders.
