The real problem with TP in Venezuela is that they don't flush it; 3rd world sewer system can't process it. There is a trashcan by every toilet to put the used paper. flush the paper and the “creek” behind your hotel will be full of white streamers the next day.

Why is this so difficult to accomplish? Too many lazy unions and crooked cops must be tripling the price of each roll. Never mind the storage conditions of that termite filled ‘paper’.

They will have even more shortages. The Labour Party in England wants to put in price controls for oil and gas which in turn will lead to the same thing.
