I've seen no video. Was her car capable of ramming through a WH barricade? Was it a styrofoam fluted column?

Cop car crashes into police barriers at Capitol Hill

Keystone cops figured out how to do it. Cop was injured by his own right foot and air bag. I guess he wanted to beat the bicycle cop to it.

Half an hour I’ll never retrieve, spent on youtube looking for some video of that woman ramming a barricade. I saw the police car video you linked, no sign of her car in that one. I saw her car as she fled a crowd of people pointing guns at her. But nothing of her ramming anything at the WH or at the Capitol.

If she did ram anything at the WH, it sure wasn’t a serious barricade with the front of her car.
