If they locked my property in there, I`ll here and now, make no bones about the fact I`d take a big pair of bolt cutters and snap that lock the hell off and retrieve my property.
That`s attempted grand larceny by the National Parks Service and they and Barry could kiss my ass.

That’s specifically what they were trying to avoid by asking the marina owner to play gatekeeper.
I’m willing to bet that by sunrise tomorrow (if they haven’t already) the two saw horses and the cone will have found new, more useful homes.
