Absolutely. In some ways, dare I say it, he's better than Reagan.
“Absolutely. In some ways, dare I say it, he’s better than Reagan.”
All due respect to all, Cruz has only talked,
Governor Walker has accomplished, Ronald Reagan accomplished.
Ted Cruz has not brought down any Iron Curtain and I’d vote for Cruz in a heartbeat but I’m still realistic not a swooning fanboy.
I think enormously well of Ted Cruz. But, you can’t make a comparison to Reagan. It’s kind of like comparing Hank Aaron after his breakout year in 1957 to Babe Ruth. Here’s what I will say about Cruz: He is showing us, right now, he can hold his own in the national spotlight. In contrast, think of Marco Rubio. Back in 2012, wasn’t he everybody’s choice for Vice President (well, except Mitt Romney). And, yet, what happened to him when the national spotlight was put on him? He wilted. Cruz, on the other hand, he showing that he has the potential to be a great communicator. He might not have the dulcid tone that Reagan possessed, but the guy is off-the-scale brilliant and quick-witted. In these interviews, he is like a Grand Master in chess thinking three or four moves ahead of you. And, when he speaks to an audience without a teleprompter, he like an NFL offensive lineman going sleeveless to show off his muscles.
Yes, you’re right. Cruz is unflappable, AND, he doesn’t have Nancy and Ron Jr., and Patty to tug him to the Left.
