I’m surprised this came from NBC news.
NBC is very good at posting stories on the internet that never get to any of their broadcast outlets. ABC does it too.
Why? NBC, like the rest of the MSM, works for Obama. This sort of story is part of the overall effort to make Barry blameless in everything bad that happens. This is just more "Don't blame me, I just work here. Some OMB director is the one who executed the bad shutdown that evil Republicans caused".
