We can't go into default unless we choose to. We pay $415 billion a year in debt servicing costs, but we receive $2.7 trillion in revenue annually.
Nancy Pelosi says SS does not contribute to the deficit. We have $2.4 trillion in the SS Trust Fund. The Administration will have to admit that SS is an unfunded liability and that we need to borrow money to pay benefits.

We know that. Crowley must also know that. Lew, today’s DEM parrot, is trusting that his soundbite will carry more weight with the (cough cough) news media than the truth.

What the clown and Piglosi want the LIV crowd to believe is that "DEFAULT" is not paying up on the promises of future giveaways to the crowd riding in the wagon, when he has no budget approved and not one single appropriation bill (out of 12 required) has been signed into law for GFY 2014.
Failure to get appropriations from the HOUSE on GFY 2014 LIBERAL DEARMS, IS NOT DEFAULT.

I have been checking our fed budget for fiscal year 2014 and it suggests that we will spend 4 trillion dollars yet only 600 billion will be borrowed. That means that we are now getting 85% of the revenue we need even with the govt. shut down!
This argument is over the other 15%!! If an average family had 15% of their income shut down they could still survive only tighten their belts a little not a lot 15% worth. The rats entire argument is pure bs.
