Yup, Blacks are disadvantaged. That implies that some force, law or action is actively creating a disadvantage for Black Americans. What or who is this disadvantager? I'd like to know.

There is also no comment or concern of the costs or disadvantages of using government power to "enforce healthcare" (whatever that means). So the people paying are just racists for seeing their own family budgets, jobs, businesses, future get pissed away by a bunch on criminals in government. It's just racist, that's all.
