Jim now has a matched set.

The surgeon did a fantastic job, and came and unwrapped it for the first time about an hour ago.

Here's a pic, a bit graphic...a Charlie Brown smile. The squeamish may not want to click.

Just heard they’re going to discharge me this afternoon and transfer me to a short-term rehab center.

Hoping to get physical therapy there so I can transfer in and out of bed by myself, then I can go home.

Jim is already at the re-hab center and Syncro is taking his stuff to him! Praise God!

I did, for sure. I was running on empty, so to speak...lol. I did not go to the gym all of this week and I’ve found I feel so much more energetic when I go at least 4 days even for that 45 minutes. I’m up to 5 miles on that Nautilus machine that is both like a row boat for arm strength and a bike for my knee and leg endurance. 5 miles in 45 minutes at strength level 10 is great for me. Other old ladies my age, use level 4 and go 2 miles in 30 minutes. :)

That's great for anybody. Do you watch TV while pedaling?
We used to have one and I put it in the TV room. It wore out one day. The hydraulic tension broke. It wasn't the Nautilus brand :)

Yes, my favorite machine (there are 2 of the same kind) sits right in front of the TV that’s always tuned into Fox News. The other machine that’s sits right beside it, looks directly at CNN....ugh.
