Yes, it was a joke. Or more accurately, satire. Political satire. And good political satire at that. If I come across it again, I’ll post it here.

Have you noticed it gets harder and harder to tell what is satire and what isn’t? I knew the photo of the sheet and helicopters was satire, but I also thought this whole story about putting up cones to prevent the viewing of Mount Rushmore was satire.
