I understand that the family is outraged, I guess.

But how would the police know that this person was a woman and unarmed? In today’s world of car bombs who the heck knows what a person’s intent is.

I am saddened that this lady went coo-coo. And that she couldn’t find a daycare to take care of her child to protect him/her from her craziness. (Where was the family?) But truthfully, if I were charged with protection of the area...the outcome would have been the same.

great point about the family. if the family knows she’s unstable and is having daycare issues, couldn’t any of them step up for her? i thought black family keeps telling all of us they’re tight and have each others’ backs?

Your argument literally justifies a “kill first, ask questions, later” approach to every crime a police officer is called to respond to, whether a weapon was apparent, or not.

There is a reason police officers are trained to shoot only when they see a weapon being pulled on them. Apparently, you feel police don't kill enough citizens for you taste.

That's pretty sick, in my humble opinion.
