EVERY .gov website I have tried to access is CLOSED because of the shut down.
WHY IS THE OBASTARDCARE WEBSITE STILL OPEN AND WHY ARE THE HOTLINES STAFFED?
We know the answer but why do we put up with it?
I was just on the federal Bureau of Prison website. It is functioning.
