So the best and easiest answer is for Obama to raise it. Then they get to huff and puff and caterwaul cost free.

From another perspective, what if the stalemate in budget talks continues and Obama does NOT raise the debt ceiling ?
It would be economic collapse and not just a government shut down. That might be what Obama is hoping for as we know his intentions.

What if, like with the sequester, this was all planned? With the parks and monuments closed, in the event of default, perhaps the intent of the EO on ‘redefining’ the branches of government is to permit not only the total seizure of power, but also the ability to pledge our land, minerals, trees, and waters as actual assets against our liabilities. Perhaps the real reason for Kerry’s ‘trip’ is to negotiate terms of what assets will be transferred to the hands of the international communists.
Michelle 0bama came back from Christmas, 2011, saying she was ok with being called your excellency. Which means they knew then that the 2012 election was a farce.
I repeat. This is planned. Perhaps the Indian reservations will simply become international city-state zones, or, perhaps the parks will, after their treasures are harvested for parts.
I fully believe these people capable of this. In fact, it wouldn’t make any difference to them, as they are content to make a mockery of the US and turn it into an international dumping ground and wasteland.
I’m trying to figure out how this plays out. Senate will never go along with impeachment. Does the house no longer recognize the President? What about those of us that who swore an oath to the Constitution? This is definitely unchartered territory.
By the way, I wrote my last post to you prior to reading this. It fits.

Agree - it is all planned. The targeting by the IRS was a planted exposure. Notice the word “target” - why not use the words abuse of power? And it has not stopped and it won’t stop. They were telling us this is “it”.
The closing of memorials has given them insight into who is reacting and responding. It also attacks patriotism and those who fought valiantly for freedom, thus attacking freedom.

The author is obviously referring to the logical riddle: “Have you stopped beating your wife?” to which there is no legitimate Y/N answer for the gallant husband.
