Not in my opinion. Why should we -- the servant-slaves -- be subjected to incessant dog patrols -- from dogs sniffing our cars just for daring to travel along the border (all in the primary line), to dogs sniffing us dare we fly? The vast majority of the citizen-slaves neither have done, nor will do, anything wrong.
When you live in a police state, this is what happens. Innocent dogs are shot in innocent people's homes, and the uniformed goons parade their big dogs around to intimidate the masses.
Don't agree. The fact the dog is there is sufficient. It is the symbolism.
