Don't be so sure. If you'll notice, even in this article at Breitbart, Soetoro's name isn't mentioned.

It's always, "The Feds" or "The Government" or some other straw man but never Da Preezy.

Jonathan Jarvis, Director, National Park Service is the toady who is actually issuing the written orders.

And what will the “feds” do if they disobey?

That is a good point.

As a former fed with DOJ and Homeland Security, we never had citation ability. We had no ticket book to issue a citation everything had to go to federal court.

I am not sure about the National Park Service. If they do have the ability and write up a bunch of people for say trespassing, they would quickly clog the federal court system if the violators demanded their day in court.

You would probably get a court date of 2020 at this point.

The Obozo and his thugs in the outhouse and park service need to realize that if they create/cause a Kent State incident with our vets. All hell on earth will descend on them and the rats in congress for the next decade!

“...state can erect Barrycades around Federal sites...”
-
Hmmm, that’s an interesting thought.
Many federal parks are accessed by state highways,
so after the federales re-open “their” parks,
I suppose the state could barry-cade them from using the state highway.

Friends are reporting that all over the SF Bay Area. Places where police or rangers have NEVER been seen before now have them standing at the barricades preventing entrance to areas that are wild and completely unmaintained.

This suggests that the administration has realized that most Americans have shrugged at the government slimdown (and hopefully many Americans are finally learning that just maybe that Tea Party is right and the government is too big after all). They are resorting to manufacturing hardships to foment anger over the slimdown, and could very easily overplay it by trying to shut down the OCEAN. Even low information voters are going to say 'Wha?' to that. If they are this desperate they know the refusal to negotiate with the Republicans is on borrowed time.

Only a matter of time until they put spike strips across the interstate highways.

Shame on the folks who are doing the actual work in closing all of these places....SHAME!!!

For so many years people have asked how the Holocaust could happen..."just following orders" instead of defying them when you know they are wrong is where it starts.

The Intercoastal Waterway runs through Biscayne Monument. Even the Water Nazi’s in Biscayne National Monument can’t be such monumental fools as to stop marine traffic on the Intercoastal.

Next up: Prohibiting private Moon landings.

Next week: Prohibiting prayer anywhere near US currency.

Next month: Prohibiting children singing anything other than the praises of Obama.

In two months: Prohibiting happiness, joy and love anywhere in the United States, its territories and possessions, and by any Americans in other countries.

I work in Silicon Valley and have learned I’m usually outnumbered by wacko libs at work by 50:1. Yet this week I learned two guys I work with believe in small government and are deriding the closure of facilities as lunacy. Not sure which way they voted the past two elections, but their current beliefs sure surprised me. There may be hope yet.
