I’d change the team name to “Redspears”, then double down on the Native American imagery. Do what Florida State does and pay a tribe to be the official mascots of the team. Cram it back in the faces of the complainers - because the real issue is that DC is a 90% black city, and shutting out black activists and scammers entirely from any connection with the team is the best form of revenge.
