Speaking of "Third World isms" another FReeper posted this photo earlier in the week.
The Usurper/Manchurian Candidate uses decidedly Eastern European table manners. Or would that be Ultra Low Class Eastern European table manners?
Note the fork in its left hand, upside down.
(It's definitely not an Indonesian thing. Use of the left hand at table is considered extremely gauche.)

With this guy, anything is possible. I hope to live long enough to learn most of the truth about him.

(It's definitely not an Indonesian thing. Use of the left hand at table is considered extremely gauche.) America is the only place that I have seen the fork switched from left hand to right and used as a shovel. Even Canada uses the fork in left, knife in right and stabs the food. He's actually using the fork properly.
The fact that he and his cow of a wife put their faces so close to their plates is very cloddish.

Eating with the left hand is considered taboo in Muslim countries, because Muslims wipe their butts with their left hand. Without the benefit of toilet paper, unless they’re rich and “Westernized”.

Only in the United States. In Europe it’s normal.
HOWEVER, not lifting the fork to the mouth, but instead bringing your head down to the fork, is something 4 year olds do.
