Nevertheless, as an experienced evaluator, I'll state that Obama is just about the worst public speaker, at a professional level, that I have heard in my entire life.
You are soooooo right on this... my bad. Acting 'cool' like he did in the early days isn't the same as being able to communicate. Same with reading another person's words off a teleprompter...
