I did manage to create an account on Tuesday, but now I keep getting a "HTTP 400 Bad Request" error message when trying to log in. It says the webpage cannot be found.

I was advised to try again during off-peak hours.

I haven't figured out that timing yet but I'll keep trying!

Dear HealthCare.gov, I see people posting unbelievable posts on Facebook indicating that they have received extremely high quotes from the exchanges and posted on this page and not received a response.

Is there a way I can help debunk these statements by looking at all posts on this page or getting an average quote from the exchange?
