I file taxes every year but don't have to pay anything because I qualify for foreign earned income exclusion. I have an international insurance plan that is not ACA compliant. What are the requirements for me? Will I have to pay the penalty? I can't find any information on the website for Americans living abroad.

On the the bright side last year if you did not have health care because of the PRE-EXISTING condition next year you will be required by law to pay high price for it pay a tax for not having it.
