Congress has two jobs to do: pass a budget and pay its bills.
But earlier this week, Congress failed to pass legislation to fund the government, and now many vital services are shut down.
My feedback to them:
Obama has but ONE job: to be a leader. He has failed. Miserably.
I’ll expect my own private IRS audit to begin by Monday.

Congress did not fail to pass anything. They passed lots of appropriation bills, they were merely DOA when they got to Harry Reid (d).
