“My Grandfather is a WW2 vet - 89 - years old - and he is so pissed off right now you cant imagine. He can barely walk but he says he wants to go down there and knock down every last barry-cade and dare them to arrest him, and I know he isnt the only vet thinking that.”
My Dad was a WWII vet too. He passed away in 2006 but I am sure he would have felt exactly like your Grandfather.
Most WWII vets are now in their late 80’s or early to mid to late nineties. Ten years from now most of these vets will be gone. God bless the men and women who gave so much for this county.
I am a Vietnam combat vet, and most of us are in our mid 60’s to maybe mid 80’s so we are getting older ourselves. I would love to crash the Vietnam was memorial but I am 2000 miles away.
Wow awesome, thank you very much for your service. Yeah I read I think it was last year that WW2 vets are now dying at a rate of 600 a day and in a few years that will be it, no more. Where we are at now is pretty much where people in 1933 were concerning Civil war vets. By 1940 all of them were gone except for a few who served when they were in their early teens. I think they last Civil war vet died in 1956 if you can believe it. Yeah Albert Woolson....

But when they hit their 80s, 90s they start going at an alarming rate and that they have to witness this country being ruled under tyranny is pretty disgusting. Imagine that: The Federal government dictates that I must buy a companies product merely because I exist! It’s insane, it’s full blown tyranny, it really is and that these guys including you had to fight tyranny and communism only to see such rot sprout in the USA is as disgusting as it gets. All the vets who died fighting it and these effin liberal pieces of pig vomit have the audacity to bring it up here? It amazes me we aren’t in a civil war right now, it really does.
