Someone just shouted to the U.S. Capitol Police that was the woman a Somali. She was from Connecticut w/a 1 yr old baby that was taken to hospital which makes me think the baby was shot too. Supposedly baby is in good condition. Hmmm, I smell an overshoot incidence here. We’ll see, but what the police were saying at this news conference sounded lame to me.
She tried to run down cops after being boxed in. Then she took off. Use of force was justified.
