The Senate, taking a NON-revenue bill, hollowing it out, and then sticking the genesis of Obamacare in the empty husk WAS A SHAM. OBAMACARE ORIGINATED IN THE SENATE!!! Where is the challenge to this??????? Is this what Roberts is waiting for? Where the heck are we on this?

Something makes me think this sort of attack has been mounted, by the House, and SCOTUS ruled the issue was a political question, outside of Court review.
