There's a *slight* difference between having articles of impeachment drawn up and approved by the House Judiciary Committee, and having them voted on by the full House of Representatives.
The former is merely a preliminary part of the process; the latter constitutes actual impeachment.
I shudder to read your take on what's happening with the current administration...
