Like I said most of us are working folk.
I work shift work. I can’t get time off with out 5 weeks notice.
Given the situation in the country is nearing the breaking point, I do not care if I have to take leave of work without notice.
I shall do so.
I do not care if I have to dip in to my emergency funds to make such a trip happen.

I have never been to Washington before.
Wow, jeez, I mean, you know, the country’s in peril and all, but hey, what you gonna do? How’m I gonna pay the cable bill if I just go and join in?
Heck, I’m not even a WWII vet, for cripes sake, know what I mean? Great show, that Band of Brothers thing and all, but lord, DC is a long way off.
