If the republicans were really interested in fighting the democrats they’d start repeating this everytime they’re interviewed.
No kidding...this is at least just as bad, actually much worse, than the Akin comments that caused a media firestorm - a single candidate in one Senate race that they used to define the entire GOP and our presidential candidate nonstop and pretty much ruined any impact the GOP convention might have had - and this is the Senate Democratic Leader - indeed, the Majority Leader - who does indeed represent the Democrat party making an even more outrageous comment - and it barely makes a blip - they’ll even try to cover for him and say it was just a mistake and no big deal.
Another telling thing in the clip - Harry asks in a bewildered tone “what right do they have to decide what gets funded” - Harry, they’re the House of Representatives, in case you didn’t notice.
