He’ll cave as soon as the media starts shouting that there’s enough GOP support to get a “clean bill” out of the House.
When he starts to personally catch the heat, he’ll fold.
I know it’s not a popular opinion here but I think this is going to really cost the GOP.
Cost the GOP what? Favor with the media? Are their friends in the democratic party going start saying bad things about them? Will they start missing invitations to bar mitzvahs?
They sure the hell won't win any votes by caving. The way I see it, the GOP has nothing left to lose. They won't stand for anything that matters anymore.
