Remember when Obumble asked Paul Ryan to sit in on a speech he gave on the budget....so he could insult and bludgeon Ryan in front of the world? If Ryan shows up for this one, he has no sense of honor. In fact, NONE of the Republicans should attend until this snake has apologized for calling them terrorists and hostage-takers.
Repubs should not show up. This is between them and the Senate. The president can sign or veto what they produce.
