Great catch. The whole purpose of obacare was never to sing up a bunch of needy assed people but just collect fines for those not signing up.There will be fewer doctors no insurance compaines left. Sooner of later, if it lasts, there will be Canada or US style govt. health care which delivers little with long waits.

We have already figured out that Obiecare was designed to fail. Perhaps increasing the number of uninsured was part of the failure model.
