I can blame any elected representative that would try to exempt themselves and their families and employees from a law that effects everyone except those that are a part of the body that voted those laws into place... whether they voted for it or not.
I can proudly say my Rep, Louie Gohmert has stated he will not accept any carve-out. Still waiting on the others.
