ObamaCare = no photo ,application taken on the " HONOR SYSTEM "( Huh ? WTF ? !!)
cash a check = Photo , and government I.D. must be presented !
To Vote (c/o Dept of " JUST-US "= No photo , no I.D. , just show up, "honor system (we trust you )" ,
and no one to prosecute voter fraud !

Voter ID leads away from that.
Probably with Voter ID, ObamaCare would not have become ... “a tax.”
