A lot of my neighbors aren’t going to like this.
Many of them burn wood to help with their heating costs during the winter.
Who will enforce this?
I cannot see our local police force riding around looking for smoke from the chimneys.
Well hell. If it’ll be illegal to burn wood, and ya do it anyway, ya may as well run a moonshine still as well.
