From article:

‘President Obama would delay the damage of his health care scheme until after the 2014 congressional elections,’ said the group’s president, Tom Fitton. ‘But politics do not trump the Constitution or the rule of law. And to paraphrase Ulysses S. Grant, the best way to ensure the repeal of a bad law is to enforce it vigorously.’

I wish it had worked that way with the IRS and taxes. They’ve just increased their encroachment over the years, unstoppable as a juggernaut.

Oh really. well these 'bold' Republicans have been reduced to passing a bill delaying parts of ObamaCare and the dems seem to be holding the cards. so both sides want to delay it?

Republicans should have hug tough with defunding ObamaCare and not pinned their last stand on simply delaying it which may actually help dems in the 2014 elections. The whole thing is a joke and the pubs will cave within a week. I am not even sure what Boehner is 'fighting' for at this point - a delay in ObamaCare?
