I REMEMBER DURING A CAMPAIGN WE WERE TOLD THIS IS THE ADMINISTRATION WHICH WOULD GO DOWN IN HISTORY FOR IT´S OPEN HANDED TRANSPARENCY. They kind of falling down on this promise.
