20 minutes doesn't seem that long to work on something important, but that would be an accurate simulation of a certain segment of society. My sister tried to get a distant relative signed up for Medicaid for her and her daughter. This welfare princess would never finish filling out the paperwork.

The one silver lining for the Obama masses is that they won't have nearly as many choices to mull through as the seniors did with. Medicare part D. They are still going to have to deal with the shock when they find out free healthcare isn't free.

Indeed, 20 minutes doesn’t seem like very long. People spend more time setting up a new OS on their iPhones.

What bothers me about these “does it work” “it doesn’t work” type stories is they judge success based on some mechanical measure of whether the “trains run on time.” NSA spying “works,” as do unmanned drones. Hell, Auschwitz was quite “effective.” But that shouldn’t be the only measure of judging a governmental initiative, particularly a fascistic one such as this.
