I do not believe that Obamacare was ever designed to “work”. It was designed to create an unworkable mess and to destroy the existing system, believing that they would then leverage a single payer system from the ashes.
Or perhaps they don’t want people to find out how much it will cost them.
Remember, large amounts of people are expecting a check every month from Obamacare.
