Both houses will vote at 10:30 and 10:50 on a “compromise” (surrender) CR that will continue our farcical non-budget for another year, completly fund 0bamacare with no delay on the individual mandate, and will announce an intent to “convene a bipartisan panel to study amendments” to 0bamacare.
