Let’s pray for Jim’s wife...

Lord Jesus,

We come before you with joy that you do all things well and there are no delays in your plans for us, but that all things work for the good of those who you love and call....and this place Jim and his wife are now was too a part of your plan.... We are grateful you knew and have met them along the way.

Still we are human and with that comes some weaker moments when our trust and faith seems to quiver under what you allow us to carry....this surely has to be a time of uncertainty for Jim and his wife but at this moment we bring before you Jim’s beloved wife.

Lord give her all she needs within herself to endure and be a strong arm for Jim as they wait this out....help her to lean fully on your arm when she might feel afraid or unsure....give her your strength when hers might falter and your great assurances when she might doubt....and while Jim is away for surgery be her husbandman ... take care with her mind and heart that she might not feel alone but have a real sense of your peace and presence....and that all is secure in you.

And now we thank you ahead of the answers to come...knowing that they both are fully in your care over these hours, days and weeks ahead......May Jesus’ name be high and lifted up throughout this time and with that we pray and in His name...Amen.

Indeed, caww! ‘Amen’ to your thoughtful prayer for Sheila. This is a stressful time for the entire Robinson family. I cannot say it any better than you did, so I shall just say “Amen”.

Sweetest, thoughtful you, caww,

I must copy your prayer so beautiful Sheila might read it. I hope and pray she will:

Amen!

(I might add, Sheila is a fabulous girl. She and Jim are perfect together and for each other. I’ve been praying for her, right along with Jim, but your prayer is beautiful. Thanks you so much! God bless you, too.)
