They believe in Diversity as long as the result is a bunch of different looking people who all think the same as themselves.
They believe in the 1st Amendment unless you say something they don't like.
They believe in charity but not if it's their own money.
The believe is praising homosexuality unless they don't like you, in which case you are probably just little f****t.*
*see Alec Baldwin
If they had a contract they should sue their pants off, if not, sever all ties and find another vendor that is like minded. I’d rather NOT spend my money on any liberal products or supporters.
Sue them....ANTI-TRUST!
America’s Largest Gun Shop?
Sounds like a vacation destination to me!
nobody really should be purchasing such items or similiar with a check of credit card anyway....save your money...
There's no antitrust issue here. Contrary to the misleading headline, Visa didn't drop them; one credit card processor did. There are thousands of credit-card processing companies out there.
Boycott
“Authorize.net/CyberSource”
If they are your processor, FIRE THEM FIRST!!
Why would a gun owner want a card from Authorize.net/CyberSource? Get a VISA card from another bank. The NRA offers credit cards.
BINGO! If Authorize.net/CyberSource doesn’t want their cut of the world’s largest gun store’s take, fine. Many other card processors will be happy to oblige them.
The article doesn’t tell the whole story. I googled the authorize.net agreement because I thought it was odd that the gun shop owners didn’t say “but the policy never said we couldn’t sell guns!”
Unless authorize.net just changed their policy (which is possible) it says you can’t use their services for many lawful purchases that the owners of the company presumably don’t like, including pornography, gambling and guns. If this was the same agreement two years ago, the gun shop owners should have found someone else to process their payments.

“You agree that You will not at any time conduct Your business in any manner that directly or indirectly offers, sells, leases, licenses or displays, delivers, advertises, recommends, or promotes any product(s), service(s), data, information, image(s), text and/or any content which”
xiv.is associated with the sale of firearms.”
No one’s right are being violated. It’s their company and they don’t like guns.
Of course, WE can exercise our rights to give them a piece of our minds and to shop elsewhere, and if you follow the link it will show you how to do both:
So, what about the companies that sell bathtubs, buckets, and knives??? Or, even CARS? Whoever made this decision is an idiot.
there are thousands?? These are PROCESSORS, not merchant account providers. There’s only a handful, as far as I know. If you are aware of alternatives, please list them?
Visa wasn’t clued in by the name of the shop?
IF the NRA would offer Master Card cards, I would drop the usage of my Visa card.
I have an L.L. Bean VISA card, and L.L. Bean sells guns. Obviously not all Banks and retailers using VISA doing so under this one company discussed in the article.
Any boycott should target the bad company, and not all the others.
You, my friend are an insult to “journalists.”
You had the temerity to actually do a little research to get the ground truth.
BTW, Thanks for the link!
It is not just authorize.net ... it is Bank of America, Wells Fargo as well. They keep buying up smaller banks and then purging the gun related businesses from their credit card processing services. This is orchestrated and intentional. If you bank at either of those two places... you are supporting this effort. We need to stop doing business with these companies.
“...Wells Fargo as well....”
Thanks for that. Didn’t know it. I will be closing my account with them pronto and going with a credit union around the corner from me.
And I will let them know why I’m leaving too.
The Hell with them.
