Mr fear is that all Washingotn elites have no real feel for where the American people are on this issue!!!
I worked in political Washington for almost 20 years and they have no feel or particular interest in what anyone outside Washington thinks. This is what makes an orthodoxy and orthodoxy. They are utterly deaf to all but themselves.
